Bad Wolves Return With New Single 'Lifeline', Out Now!

Bad Wolves have just released their new single 'Lifeline' from their forthcoming third album 'Dear Monsters' out October 29.  The album will be the first to feature new lead singer DL.

What you need to know about 'Lifeline' and 'Dear Monsters' ...

The album serves as the official introduction to new lead singer DL, whose addition to the line-up was announced by the band earlier this year.

First single 'Lifeline' is an epic rock song, showcasing DL as a dynamic vocal force, bringing to life the emotional urgency of the lyrics.

The band also released the official music video for the song today, which takes viewers on a haunting journey, setting the tone for the new album and its theme of confronting one’s demons.

More about Bad Wolves...

The band took to their social media channels earlier this week to address the very public exit of their former lead singer and recent accusations surrounding the line-up change.  You can read that here...

In June, the band officially welcomed DL as the new lead singer of BAD WOLVES, saying, “DL is one of the most talented and hard-working people we have ever had the pleasure to know.  He is a team player, a creative force, and overall a great human being who fits perfectly with our BW family. It feels incredible to be surrounded with such positive energy and the music we’ve made is certainly reflective of this new-found optimism and collaborative spirit.  This new album shows a more cohesive and unique reflection of the band. There is a lot to prove and expectations are high with a new singer coming in. And we nailed it. We are sure you will agree that this is our best album yet.”

DL has carved out an impressive career for himself over the last 15+ years, most notably as a founding member and lead guitarist of metalcore band The Acacia Strain, in which he was a member from 2001 to 2013. A talented songwriter and producer, he’s also worked on projects with All That Remains, Legion, For the Fallen Dreams, and collaborated with Bad Wolves on their 2019 studio album N.A.T.I.O.N., for which he was credited and where the creative relationship with the band started.

The band is excited to hit the road soon in support of the new album and to continue building their legacy as one of top played and most successful rock bands of modern times, with five rock radio # 1s already to their name. More details surrounding touring will be revealed at a later date.

Expectations never mattered to Bad Wolves. Instead, the Los Angeles band fused unpredictable metallic intensity and impressive instrumental proficiency to arena-ready hooks, transforming from underdogs into elite platinum-certified hard rock contenders without compromise or apology.

In 2018, the band earned a platinum plaque, topped iTunes, and ruled Active Rock at #1 for three weeks straight.

This momentum also propelled their debut album, Disobey, to a Top 25 debut on the Billboard Top 200. In between performing to sold out audiences on multiple continents with heavyweights such as Five Finger Death Punch and Megadeth, 2019’s N.A.T.I.O.N. yielded their fifth straight #1 at Active Rock, “Sober,” and brought their total stream tally past the half-billion mark—unprecedented for a modern rock band.
